1 Definitions

vk223 makes no representation that the Services are legally available in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your country or region of residence before registering an Account.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on vk223 at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, phone number, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all mandatory fields, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. vk223 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure. You must notify vk223 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vk223 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). vk223 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within the processing time specified for the selected payment method. vk223 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges, for which vk223 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be met in full before withdrawal of the corresponding funds is permitted.
• vk223 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Verified Accounts in good standing may expect withdrawals to be processed within the same business day for standard amounts via bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

vk223 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General conditions applicable to all vk223 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. vk223 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other consideration outside of the stated redemption mechanism.
• vk223 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus at the time of cancellation will have their entitlement honoured subject to the original terms.
• vk223 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has abused the promotional system, exploited a technical error, or engaged in bonus fraud.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on vk223 are final once confirmed. vk223 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in the limited circumstances described below.

vk223 reserves the right to void any bet or game round — and to withhold associated winnings — in any of the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed based on information obtained through any form of cheating, collusion, or exploitation of a software error or vulnerability.
• A technical malfunction, disconnection, or data feed error materially affected the outcome of the game or bet.
• Odds or game parameters were published in error due to a manifest pricing or configuration mistake.
• The relevant sporting event was cancelled, abandoned, or determined to be void under the applicable sport's governing body rules.

For sports betting markets, settlement is governed by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB for cricket; FIFA for football) within the timeframe specified in the market rules. In-play markets are subject to the in-play betting rules published in the Game Information section of the Platform.

Casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems and are not subject to manipulation by vk223 or any third party. Any disputes regarding casino game outcomes must be submitted to [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed game round.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vk223 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of any third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform systems.
• Exploiting glitches, software bugs, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other Players or third parties.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the vk223 platform software or infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without lawful authorisation.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward vk223 support staff or other Players.

11 Limitation of Liability
